Valued IT Tickets · website and phone app · updated October 2026

Who we are

Valued IT, Inc. (Chicago, IL) runs Valued IT Tickets so our clients' staff can report and track repair and maintenance problems. The service is for businesses that use Valued IT; your employer or their organization decides who has access.

What we collect

  • Your name, work email address and, if you add it, your mobile number.
  • Tickets you open or update: descriptions, notes, photos you attach, and when changes happen.
  • For calls to a repair line: the caller's name and number, and a transcript of the call.
  • A push notification token for your phone, if you allow alerts.

We don't use advertising, sell personal information, or track you across other apps or websites.

How it's used

Only to run the service: sign you in, show tickets to the people in your organization who work on them, and send email, text and push alerts about tickets.

Who processes it

Supabase (database and sign-in), Hostinger (hosting), SMTP2GO (email), Expo, Apple and Google (push notifications), Zoom (repair line calls and texts) and Anthropic (turning repair line calls into tickets). Each handles data only to provide its part of the service.

Keeping and deleting

Ticket history is kept for your organization's records. You can delete your account in the app under Account → Delete account; tickets you opened remain, without your name. You can also ask us to delete or export your information.
